Mercy Bakirya is a graduate of Iganga Progressive School, where she was a top student in her class. She is interested in history and economics. She is currently studying computer courses to help prepare her for a university education. She would like to continue on to university to study business administration. She says that the only obstacle in her way is her guardian’s inability to pay for higher education for herself and her 6 siblings.
