Give to where it’s needed most

Since 2003, Uganda Village Project (UVP) has been working with the people of Iganga to promote public health and sustainable development in the rural communities of this marginalized district in southeast Uganda.

As an international nonprofit organization, we work directly with community based organizations (and local government to utilize local knowledge and maximize community ownership.

Uganda Village Project is a small organization run by a volunteer executive board, which means we have an extremely low overhead cost of operations.  The vast majority of contributions go directly to our programs in Uganda.

A general gift to Uganda Village Project will allow us to direct your donation to where it is most needed.  Your donation could help us to solve pressing health problems in Iganga through one of our existing programs, or help us to identify and address new challenges.  Please give the gift of life this holiday season by making a general donation to Uganda Village Project.
